Who Needs Asu Insurance?
Anyone between 18 and 60 years old, who has been employed for at last 6 months at a minimum of 16 hours a week may apply for Accident Sickness Unemployment Insurance(ASU) is also known as mortgage payment protection insurance. Accident Sickness Unemployment Insurance policy holders can receive a monthly benefit to help pay mortgage or loan repayments if they become unemployed or ill and are unable to work. Payments are set at a fixed monthly amount and can be arranged for self employed and contract workers.
This is an excellent way of ensuring that your family and home are secure, if something unexpected happens. Although the payment only covers certain things, by taking out an ASU policy you can feel reassured that whatever happens you will be able continue making payments for your home.
Generally this type of policy also pays out a lump sum if you become disabled, or die, during the policy.
